AUDIO AWAKENING
Waveform Remixes is an album consisting of what I call „waveform remixes.” With the tracks usually being remixes of retro video game soundtracks, these remixes re-imagine the original songs in a new light, being completely created with subtractive and frequency modulation synthesis, which gives them an elusive electronica sound and the classic sound of synthesizers. This album is an on-going project, so new songs are continuously being added!
I use Yamaha’s reface DX and reface CS synthesizers to re-create the original songs into the tracks contained in this album.

FACTS AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION
- The original songs that are remixed in this album are among of my personal favourite video game soundtracks!
- These remixes are made using only two synthesizers, those being Yamaha’s reface CS and DX subtractive and FM (respective) models.
